Terms & Policies
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
A $100 non-refundable deposit is due upon booking your class. The remaining balance is due the day of class. Payment is made via an online invoice, sent to you when you say go!
ATTENDEE COUNT:
The final headcount for your class needs to be determined 1 week prior to class. At this time, there is a possibility to add attendees but not to reduce. Any extras that were ordered for your group will need to paid for the original amount as they arenβt returnable to our distributors (flower crowns, etc).
CLASS START / END TIME:
Expect for your class to start on time and to have a hard stop one hour later. Please be mindful that your instructor will likely have additional classes or obligations before or after class. If your group arrives late, your class time will be reduced to fit within the hour time frame. If you would like to request an extension to complete a full hour class, a fee of $25 per 15 minutes will be added on to your total. This extension MUST be agreed to by the instructor.
RAIN PLAN:
We require that you have a class location identified to use in the case of inclement weather. Ideally this will be your Airbnb or another complimentary space. If your group chooses to not host class due to inclement weather, and a viable indoor option is available, your deposit will be nonrefundable.
MEDICAL CONCERNS:
All yogis are practicing at their own risk. If there is concern regarding your readiness to practice yoga, please consult a medical professional. Bride Tribe Yoga is not responsible for approving or denying the participation of any one person in your group.
